Summary: | A cylinder seal impression showing an animal motif on a handle of a large vessel was found at Dayr Qiqub in the northern part of Transjordan during the Pella Hinterland Survey 1994 under the direction of Dr Pamela M. The seal impression establishes the continuity of the Elamite-Syrian style and its cultural influence through Palestine in this period. |
