H∞ filtering for 2D continuous‐discrete Takagi–Sugeno fuzzy systems in finite frequency band

This paper focuses on the design of H∞$$ {H}_{\infty } $$ filtering for two‐dimensional (2‐D) continuous‐discrete Takagi–Sugeno (T–S) fuzzy systems. The frequency of disturbance input is assumed to be known and to reside in a finite frequency (FF) domain. The objective is to provide a new design suf...

Summary:This paper focuses on the design of H∞$$ {H}_{\infty } $$ filtering for two‐dimensional (2‐D) continuous‐discrete Takagi–Sugeno (T–S) fuzzy systems. The frequency of disturbance input is assumed to be known and to reside in a finite frequency (FF) domain. The objective is to provide a new design sufficient condition via linear matrix inequalities (LMIs) formulation, ensuring both the stability of the filtering error system and H∞$$ {H}_{\infty } $$ performance level in specific FF domain. Finally, an illustrative example is provided to demonstrate the applicability and effectiveness of the proposed method.
