All theAlternaria strains (25) were able to produce mycotoxins, including Alternariol, Alternariol Monomethyl Ether and Tenuazonic Acid, on autoclaved rice (at 25°C and 8°C) and in fresh surface disinfected tomatoes at 25°C.
