Psychiatric comorbidities are common (37-77%) in epileptic children and adolescents.38 Similarly, in our study, rate of psychiatric diagnosis accompanying epilepsy+ADHD cases is 63.8%. Besides ADHD, the most common diagnosis was disruptive behavioral disorder (36.2%), followed by anxiety disorders (23.4%) and other disorders (4.3%).
