Muon-capture rate in 6Li and the PCAC hypothesis
The partial muon-capture rate in 6Li is calculated using the latest inelastic electron scattering with special emphasis on the use of PCAC. The calculated rate with the Gell-Mann-Lévy version of PCAC is in excellent agreement with experiment.
