Ecologic-Biological Effects of Cobalt, Cuprum, Copper Oxide Nano-Powders and Humic Acids on Wheat Seeds
Researchers have determined the comparative efficacy of the effect of cuprum and cobalt nanoparticles (30 nm-40 nm), its humic acids in an ultra-fine state, and the mineral salts of these metals used as micro-fertilizers on plants growth and development at concentration from 0.01 till 1,000 g per he...

Summary: | Researchers have determined the comparative efficacy of the effect of cuprum and cobalt nanoparticles (30 nm-40 nm), its humic acids in an ultra-fine state, and the mineral salts of these metals used as micro-fertilizers on plants growth and development at concentration from 0.01 till 1,000 g per hectare norm of viability (g/h.n.v). The researchers have conducted some biochemical investigations and studied activity of peroxydase and superoxide dismutase ferments in wheat roots and seedlings. The lab tests have determined concentrations when spring wheat plantlets growth and development slows down for cuprum nanoparticles -- 500 g/h.n.v., for cobalt -- 400 g/h.n.v., and for copper sulphate and cobalt chloride -- 100 g/h.n.v. The concentrations of 0.5 g/h.n.v-10 g/h.n.v. cuprum and cobalt nanopowders have a well-defined stimulating effect. The effect of using the metals nanoparticles has been 8%-12 % higher than that of the humic acids. The increase of cuprum nanopowder concentration in 100 times has not caused the decrease of wheat physiologic processes. |
