Summary:This paper deals with the functionality of membrane computing which is a vivid research area in computer science. Membrane Computing associates with the generation of new computational logics and models. The database of a particular system is considered as main input for designing framework in various models are proposed by researches using membrane computing such as software requirement model, economic process modeling and are discussed in the paper. For designing framework of membrane computing, the input is database of any particular system, we are proposing is the deduction of the complex database of the models created on the framework of membrane computing.
