Development and experimental investigation of algorithms for distinguishing fuzzy boundaries of objects in photographs of industrial materials
Main ways of processing nanoscale photographs with high refinement are examined in this paper. Algorithms for solving problems of image analysis of nanomaterial structure are developed. Results of nanostructure image processing are presented.
