Summary:There are presented a new worldwide “flow measurement method based on the functional linearizing the dependence of the reaction force on the flow rate”, and the “linear reaction flowmeters” configurations achieved thereof, practically considered “without moving parts”, elaborated by author, the subject matter of the patent application filed with European Patent Office, EP 230202582. Thus, the method, based on the initial determination of the analytical expression of k1, the parameter afferent the analytical reaction force FR dependence, on the flow rate Qm, changes the role of k1, from a constant parameter, (afferent the present non - linear reaction flowmeters) to one, variable with Qm−1, by changing the reaction tube outlet, from a constant area nozzle, into one with variable area. Also, using a reaction moment transducer, that measures it developing a balancing moment, proportional to reaction tube angular displacement, is ensured the functional linearizing of FR dependence on Qm. The “linear reaction flowmeters” turndown ensures a quadratic increase of turndown of known reaction flowmeters.
