Summary:Displacements of the tibial tubercle were performed to various patello-femoral conditions, that is, painful patella partita, chondromalacia patellae, subluxation or luxation of the patella and patello-femoral osteoarthritis in 12 knees in 12 patients. Age ranged from 15 to 68 years old, with an average 38. Good results were obtained in 10 of 12 knees after more than 6 months. For the lateral patellofemoral osteoarthritis, lateral open wedge bone graft to the tibial tubercle was introduced.
