P300 Source Activity More Widely Distributed in Normals than in Schizophrenics

Summary:SAMerf works by estimating virtual time series for a whole brain grid of voxels which are then averaged to generate an event-related response (ERF). Normal controls have activity in the frontal lobe originating in the right medial frontal gyrus (RMFG) and anterior cingulate which peaks at 200ms and persists to approximately 330ms, during which time the activity spreads dorsally to the superior frontal gyrus, posterior cingulate, and right MTL.
