Summary: | Several unimolecular photobase generators capable of catalyzing upconversion nanoparticle-assisted anionic thiol-epoxy click photopolymerization are presented. The fabricated polymers, with a curing depth of 11.8 cm, are dual-wavelength responsive and display shape memory function, showing great potential for the construction of smart medical devices and robots.
A photobase generator absorbing upconversion fluorescence can efficiently catalyze anionic thiol-epoxy click photopolymerization under 980 nm NIR light irradiation. |
