Summary:The article provides an overview of the scientific data on the effectiveness of Polyoxidonium® in gynecological practice with the influence of the drug on the local and systemic immunity and effectiveness in the treatment of inflammatory diseases of the female genital organs being the focus. A comparative analysis of the results of complex therapy in 15 patients with cervical neoplasia (CIN I-II), associated with human papilloma virus was made. It was found that the use of immunomodulatory therapy in the complex anti-inflammatory therapy improves the parameters of local immunity, increases the effectiveness of the therapy, and helps to reduce the recurrence of the process.
