Diagnosis of an intrapancreatic accessory spleen by sonazoid-enhanced ultrasonography

The mean size of the intrapancreatic accessory spleen was 15 (range, 7.5-23) mm. Vascularity was judged by observing the lesion during the vascular phase (0-120 s), and the presence of reticuloendothelial tissue was assessed by observing the post-vascular phase (30 m after administering Sonazoid).
