Summary: | Focused on examining the intricate interplay between megadevelopments and sustainability, this paper analyzes four (4) international cases. The study identifies strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats inherent in megadevelopments, understood as large-scale urban real estate projects with transformative effects on their surroundings, requiring comprehensive planning.
