Summary:Feng-shui has a special meaning in the history of northeastern Asian societies and geography. Although geography of the present has been influenced by scientific Western geography, it is undeniable fact that Feng-shui has the harmonious rapport between the human and the environment. The ‘Feng-shui’ theory is composed of four factors like mountain, water, direction, human being. The purpose of this study is understanding Korean traditional ‘Feng-shui’ theory and searching for the method of utilizing it city planning. The subject of study is Haman in Korea. Haman is not good place in terms of Feng-shui. But, they had to live in Haman. They changed their village in terms of Bibo. Therefore, they think they are located on blessed situation in terms of Feng-shui.
