Summary:In a residential area, most intersection traffic accidents occur at a scattered small non-signal intersection. At these intersections, most countermeasures are traffic control devices, such as traffic restriction and a road reflector, because of improvement cost or spatial restrictions. However, it isn't enough to consider the introductory reason and effect of these devices for that the relation between these devices and traffic accidents isn't clear or small traffic.
