Summary:In this study, by focusing attention on the project division methods, different phased construction project division methods were investigated for the case of national expressway network. Also the influence of project division method on phased construction process was examined. Analysis showed that socio-economic project division method contributes to the increase of total net benefit and total benefit, while fmancial method of project division gives a potential to entrepreneurs profit rise, therefore, results indicated the importance of project division method selection in the case of phased construction process of national expressway network.
