Summary: | Promotion of positions is important done as the career ladder of employees to foster motivation in work and foster a healthy competition for all employees. Promotion takes place when an employee is transferred to a higher career ladder in terms of responsibilities, salary pay, and level of organizational status. To determine the appropriateness of an employee getting promoted positions, it takes a system that can help the leadership to make better decisions. Through the application of a combination of Analytical Hirarcy Process (AHP) and Multy Factor Evaluation Process (MFEP) methods, leaders can make a more objective and measurable decision. The combination of these methods takes advantage of the advantages of each method. AHP method is chosen because it is able to determine more consistent criteria. While MFEP is chosen because it is able to choose a superior alternative based on the criteria yeng have been processed using AHP method. The research process begins by defining criteria, alternatives and weights for each of the criteria and attributes that will be the basis of the ranking. |
