Summary:A numerical simulation of dilute gas-particle flows is developed. Turbulent dispersion and Brownian motion of particles are calculated stochastically in the simulation. For calculation of the turbulent dispersion, determination of the time step for integrating the equation of particle motion is crucial, and several ways to determine the time step are examined. Finally, the simulation is applied to calculations of the particle dispersion in flows in cleanrooms.
