Summary:Abstract Community conflicts in national parks can be resolved through conservation partnerships, which promote sustainability and can be a win-win solution. Despite the emphasis on protection, preservation, and sustainable use in today’s conservation paradigm, implementation is still ineffective, due to the lack of pentahelix collaboration. This study has the objective to create a web-based conservation partnership concept that brings together communities, industry, media, academic institutions, and government to ensure the sustainable management of national parks. Journal articles related to Indonesian forestry were reviewed using content analysis. Internet of Things (IoT) provides a platform for pentahelix components to collaborate. IoT facilitates public’s access to educational institutions and submission of conservation partnership cooperation agreements to area managers, both in terms of document preparation and technical aspects. By leveraging CSR, conservation partnerships can be brought closer to the business world or companies to finance the implementation of conservation programs, hence facilitate the engagement of media by conservation partnerships for promotions and conservation campaigns. Additionally, it gives conservation partnerships the chance to cooperate with other conservation partnerships or non-governmental organizations in the social and environmental sectors. The study demonstrates that creating an integrated online conservation partnership is a reliable method to enhance national parks management.
