This is a process that moves through stages of inquiry, design, launch, and finally sustain, all with careful attention to the social architecture of the community. Reflecting our experience of developing a community of practice at the University of Florida, this article provides guidelines for the development and optimization of a community of practice for scholarship within academic settings. |
