Summary: | In article number 1703519, Aleksandra B. Djurišić, Zhu‐Bing He and co‐workers synthesize Cu doped NiO nanoparticle ink that enables room temperature preparation of uniform, high quality hole transport layers. Increased work function and conductivity due to Cu doping result in improved charge extraction and reduced recombination losses, leading to high performance devices with power conversion efficiencies exceeding 20% on rigid and 17% on flexible substrates. |
