ones. In addition, incorporation of Y

ions to SrSi

:Eu
2+
showed the strongest emission among the three dopants (Y
3+

3+
, and Gd
3+
), while the Gd
3+
doping ions in CaSi
2
O
2
N
2
:Eu
2+
exhibited superior luminescence properties compared to Y

and La
