Summary:The purpose of this study is to analyze: the effect of organizational culture, competence, and motivation towards the satisfaction of local government employees of Parepare; the effect of organizational culture, competence, and motivation towards the performance of local government employees of Parepare; the effect of job satisfaction towards the performance of local government employees of Parepare. The population of this study is all local government employees of Parepare. The samples are 343 respondents which are based on Slovin formula. The method used to analyze data is Structural Equation Model using AMOS 18. It is found that organizational culture and competence significantly give positive effect on the employees’ job satisfaction.
