Glass-forming regions, properties, and structure of the chalcogenide As2Se3–GeSe2–SnTe (Ag4SSe) systems

The glass-forming boundaries in the As2Se3-GeSe2-SnTe (A) and As2Se3-GeSe2-Ag4SSe (B) systems have been determined. The obtained glasses have been characterized by temperatures of phase transformations (glass transition, crystallization, and melting) and density. The distribution of the correspondin...

Summary:The glass-forming boundaries in the As2Se3-GeSe2-SnTe (A) and As2Se3-GeSe2-Ag4SSe (B) systems have been determined. The obtained glasses have been characterized by temperatures of phase transformations (glass transition, crystallization, and melting) and density. The distribution of the corresponding structural units has been discussed on the basis of Raman scattering.
