Summary:Abstract In this paper, the new version of imaging algorithm for Ultrasound Transmission Tomography was presented. This algorithm was comprehensively tested with both synthetic and real measurement data. Different configuration of an internal objects was considered. In order to improve the quality of imaging the input data were treated by Principal Component Analysis. The proposed algorithm proved its usefulness and superiority over classical imaging algorithms.
