Detection of Curlibiogenesis genes among Enterobacter cloacae isolates and their role in biofilm formation in Al-Hilla City, Iraq

According to mean of (OD). value at (630) nm the results were interpreted as (Non, Moderate and High) biofilm former when the mean of (OD) value were (<0.120 , 0.120-0.240, and >0.240) respectively. According to this study, we can conclude the only eight isolates of E. cloacae were isolated from urinary tract infections depending on (Hsp60)gene, predominate of biofilm formation among Enterobacter cloacae isolates recovered from UTIs and most isolates of Enterobacter cloacae were have curli fimbriae the important determinants to initiate the UTIs.
