Summary:In this presentation I will attempt to present the pathophysiology of a number of uterine conditions. Subsequent to that, I will review the evidence as well as my personal experience in addressing these conditions. Within my practice, the conditions presenting for treatment are as follows, in order of incidence: intra-uterine synechia (Asherman syndrome), Endometrial rejuvenation, uterine septum and other Mullerian anomalies, Cesarean Section revision and finally uterine fibroids.
