Inherent and Induced Conduction in PSZ Cells with Nanocomposite Electrodes
Ionic conduction in 3Y-PSZ based cell with nanocomposite Ag/PSZ electrodes was studied using dc transient analysis. Observed tremendous increase in conductivity as compared with conventional electrodes was attributed to huge amount of extra carriers due to highly increased density of triple points.
