Summary:Cheilanthes hyaloglandulosa W. &. N. Jacobsen recorded from the Drakensberg in the eastern Transvaal is described. It is allied to the C. hirta Sw. complex but may be easily recognized by the dense cover of white globular, unicellular glands on the lamina. All other members of the C. hirta complex have multicellular, occasionally gland-tipped hairs. Cheilanthes hyaloglandulosa. W. &.
