Model of Electrodynamic and Thermal Phenomena in Conducting Nanostructures Under the Influence of Microwave Fields

We consider the features of modeling the interaction of electromagnetic waves in the microwave range with nanosized conducting structures, which allow one to theoretically study the dynamics of the development of electrodynamic and thermal phenomena leading to a burn-through of thin films.
