| Summary: | The improvement of interpretation expertise has gone through the development stage from novice to expert. In the developmental process of expert interpreters, the key is to enhance the interpretation expertise through deliberate practice. Deliberate practice is a concept firstly put forward by Ericsson to answer the question of how genius excels.
