Summary:China’s history has been developed for five thousand years, although it is not the exact development time, but the profound cultural deposits and historical process, explain the cultural connotation of China. The judicial responsibility system in ancient China is a part of the development of Chinese history, and can be traced back to the Xia, Shang and Zhou dynasties. After the change of dynasties, the judicial responsibility system has been constantly improved, and a more comprehensive judicial responsibility system in line with socialism with Chinese characteristics has been formed. Therefore, this paper summarizes the meaning of the judicial responsibility system in ancient China, focuses on the development of the judicial responsibility system in various dynasties, and summarizes the characteristics of the judicial responsibility system in ancient China.
