Summary:In recent years, promoting high-quality employment for graduates of higher vocational colleges and universities has become one of the hot issues that all walks of life are highly concerned about. Employment satisfaction is one of the important indicators to measure the employment quality of graduates of higher vocational colleges and universities, and improving employment satisfaction is a necessary way to ensure the employment quality of graduates of higher vocational colleges and universities. The employment satisfaction of graduates from higher vocational colleges is related to the salary and treatment, the rate of professional matching, the perfection of school employment guidance and the employment expectation of graduates from higher vocational colleges. By analyzing the current situation of employment satisfaction of graduates of higher vocational colleges and universities, we can draw the employment problems they are facing and put forward corresponding countermeasures to improve the employment competitiveness and employment satisfaction of graduates of higher vocational colleges and universities.
