Methods We included 250 subjects underwent 2D and 3D STE (Artida ultrasound system, UltraExtend software; Toshiba) from a preliminary CARDIA study assessment, follow-up Year-30. 2D STE was applied to apical 4-, 3- and 2-chamber views in mid and sub-endocardial layers.
