Intelligent Adaptive Flight Crew Decision Support System for Thunderstorm Avoidance

This paper presents the results of developing the adaptive system that provides intelligent support to the flight crews in making a decision to avoid a thunderstorm to optimize the aircraft flight route while ensuring an acceptable fuel efficiency level.
