Kinetics and products of interaction of zinc-containing gallium pastes-solders

Special features of the contact interaction of single-phase brasses with the eutectic melt of the Ga-Zn system as the composite components of gallium pastes-;solders are determined. The products of interaction in relation to the composition temperature of contacting components are investigated.
