Summary:The present paper considers a formal hierarchical model of the cybersecurity policy of the digital upper unit level system of (UULS) of the nuclear power plant (NPP). The relations and transfer of the access rights between the subjects and objects of the model are analyzed. The standard NPP UULS is characterized by way of example of the UULS developed at the Trapeznikov Institute of Control Sciences (Russian Academy of Sciences) for the NPP's and of its simplified cybersecurity model.
