Summary:An abstract of a study which aim to compare Expanded Food and Nutrition Education Program (EFNEP) graduate outcomes when EFNEP is delivered as a series of 8 lessons is presented. The study concludes that a greater percentage of graduates in the experimental group changed behavior in most of the indicators as compared to the control. Implications to be shared include lessons learned about curriculum, recruiting and retaining participants, and engaging the community.
