Summary:This research aims to know the influence of Administrative Work From Home, reward, and servant leadership on work productivity through discipline. work as an intervening variable, to find out the influence of servant leadership on work productivity through work discipline as an intervening variable in the Sidoarjo Regency Social Service. This research is quantitative The research subjects used were all employees of the Sidoarjo Regency Social Service which amounted to 100 employees. Data collection techniques using questionnaires. Test the validity of the data in this study using Path Analysis, Hypothesis Test. The results concluded that administrative work from home affects work productivity, rewards affect work productivity, servant leadership affects work productivity, administrative work from home affects work discipline, rewards affect work discipline, servant leadership affects work discipline, work discipline affects work productivity, administrative work from home has no effect on work productivity through work discipline. as an intervening variable, Reward does not affect Work Productivity through Work Discipline as an intervening variable, Servant Leadership affects Work Productivity through Work Discipline as an intervening variable in Sidoarjo District Social Service Employees.
