The X-linked hyper-IgM syndrome (XHIGM) is an uncommon primary immunodeficiency disease caused by mutations in CD40 ligand gene, a T-lymphocyte surface molecule. First patient presented with prolonged fever, cough, neck pain and bloody sputum.
