Summary:The hybrid representation (H-rep) method for ship hulls, a boundary representation extended with curves and surfaces, aims to make ship hull design more intuitive, and therefore faster, more accurate and more predictable. This paper describes additional functionalities added recently and some practical applications. One particular application of re-engineering, photogrammetric reconstruction of a ship hull, is highlighted.
