Summary:Meditation increases our focus OBJECTIVES OF THE STUDY: * To assess the level of memory impairment among adolescent in selected school of Rajkot. * To determine the effectiveness of Mindfulness meditation in improving memory among adolescent in selected school of Rajkot. * To associate the post-test Memory level with selected demographic variables. HYPOHESIS: * H1- There will be significant effectiveness of post-test meditation among adolescent in selected school of Rajkot. * H2- There will be significant difference in the level of memory impairment among adolescent during pre-test and post-test. * H3- There will be significant association between post-test meditation with selected demographic variables MATERIALS AND METHODS: The findings revealed that there is no significant association between the post-test score of Mindfulness meditation and level of memory among the adolescent with selected demographic variables such as age, gender, religion, education, Father’s occupational status, type of family and income, no of siblings.
