Copepods: Worldwide sources of allergens—Partial sequences of three unique proteins

Electrophoresis and immunoblotting were performed to identify bands reactive with individual sera high in IgE and IgG copepod reactivity. MALDI and protein sequence studies revealed that the three IgE reactive bands possess unique amino acids.
