Summary:144 patients with dyscirculatory encephalopathy (DE) I and 386 patients with DE II were investigated. The control groups included 76 subjects with no cerebrovascular disease. From neurologycal and neuropsychologycal tests and multyspiral computer tomography and electroencephalography it was exposed that vascular mild cognitive impairments have dysfunction from neuroregulation.
