Summary:The cytotoxicity of complex 69m ZnLigCl 2 (Lig is N -(5,6-dihydro-4 H -1,3-thiazin-2-yl) benzamide) against the K-562 cell line (chronic myeloid leukemia) was considered in comparison with the cells of healthy donors. The 69m ZnLigCl 2 complex was obtained and characterized by TLC and autoradiography methods. The kinetics of zinc sorption on hydroxyapatite was studied.
