The C-21 bisfuranoterpene (-)-isotetradehydrofurospongin-1 (6), previously isolated from a Western Australian Spongia sp., has been reisolated from a specimen of Spirastrella papilosa collected during scientific trawling operations in the Great Australian Eight.
