Models of the dynamics of human heterostructures and society of civilizations as a whole as a heterogeneous structure are proposed. The interaction in megastructures of nature is assessed. Models of waste dynamics in the safety problem have been created. Models of waste disposal technologies based on individual and group approaches are given.
