Summary:Results from studying the temperature dependence of resistivity of single-crystal films of Nd 1.86 Ce 0.14 CuO 4 (underdoped region) in magnetic fields of up to 90 kOe in the temperature range of 1.8–40 K are presented. The temperature dependence of the upper critical field obtained via the resistive method is analyzed using the impurity superconductor model with two types of carriers.
